Party Information
Booking Info
- Fill in our online booking form or call us on 0844 561 79 48 to make your booking
- One of our team will contact you to confirm your booking and take a £30.00 non refundable deposit.
- Once your therapists have been booked, a member of our team will e-mail over the available treatments for your party, and a form to fill in with all your guests choices.
- You will receive treatment consent forms that must be signed by all guests having treatments and handed to the therapist at the party.
- 14 days prior to the party the full balance, final numbers and treatment choices will be required.
- You will receive an e-mail containing your treatment schedule for the party and any further information needed.
At the Party
- Your therapist/s will arrive approx 15-30 minutes prior to the start time of the first treatment to set up.
- Please have an area ready for the therapist. We suggest a private room if you are having massage treatments, or other beauty treatments can be carried out in the party area.
- The therapist/s may require the following depending on treatments booked;
- Ordinary table and chairs
- Access to electricity point
- Access to water
- Everything else will be provided by the therapist, including;
- Equipment
- Products
- Towels
- Please ensure you have the treatment consent forms signed and ready before the first treatment.
