As they say "Staying in is the new going out!" and exactly the same philosophy applies to today's Hen Parties. Pampering treats are a great alterative or addition to a traditional Hen Party, however as much as it is nice to spend a day at a Spa it can often be difficult to find Spa Packages that everyone can afford.
Booking a 1 Look Pamper Party is the perfect option, with our fantastically priced treatment packages that can be tailored for any budget. No one is left out as you, your friends and even your mum and aunties can join in the celebrations.
Hen Day Pamper Parties are often held on a Saturday afternoon prior to a night out, so you can all truly feel and look your best after a luxurious day of pampering from the comfort of your own home. Hen Parties can also be held on an evening during the week if this is what your group would prefer.
Do you cover my area?
1 Look Pamper cover the whole of the UK (excluding some remote areas of Scotland and Wales) So unless you live in a remote area we should not have a problem with the date or location you have in mind, so you can click here to go straight through to our booking form to book your Hen day.
When should I book?
Please try to book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your requests and provide all of the treatments that you and your guests are requesting.
We are able to take last minute bookings (less than 2 weeks' notice) however the total balance would need to be paid upon booking and we ask that guests are flexible with their treatments choices.
What treatments can we have?
We can never guarantee specific treatments until we have booked your therapist/s, however the more guests you have the wider range of treatments you will have able to choose from. Here is an Idea of some of the treatments that may be available;

10 Steps to the perfect Hen Day
- Assign one member of your group to look after all of the arrangements
- Choose your daytime location & start time

- Arrange Simple Food to cook at home, get a take-away or book a local Restaurant
- Arrange Transport for your evening out
- Ring your Favourite Club and ask for VIP passes for a Hen Night (these are often free before 10.30pm)
- Look online or visit your local party shop for some Hen Night decorations/costumes (click on our links page for some suggestions)
- Send out Invites or e-mails to all of the people you want to invite including details of the treatment choices available and give them a RSVP date at least a week before you really need to know!
- Make sure you have a man free zone, give them a couple of jobs to do, or send them off for a few cheeky pints...
- Most of all-Relax, Have Fun and enjoy your Hen Party!
