1 Look Pamper
- 1 Look Pamper will make every effort to ensure that each pamper party booking is completed in its entirety. In the event that this does not happen due to a therapist being unable to forfill all or part of the booking due to injury, sickness or any other reason. The uncompleted part of the booking shall be refunded back to the client on a pro-rata basis.
- In the event that a therapist cannot attend a booking as previously agreed, 1 Look Pamper will make all reasonable efforts to find a replacement therapist. 1 Look Pamper will obtain all relevant work permits where necessary and also satisfy all medical requirements, qualifications and insurance as may be required by law in relation to engagement of a Freelance Therapist.
- 1 Look Pamper shall not be liable to the client for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the Client or the Freelance Therapist. This exclusion shall extend (but not be limited) to the consequences of any act or omission (whether wilful, negligent, reckless, dishonest or otherwise) which takes place during the event on the part of the Freelance Therapist or the client. The client acknowledges that 1 Look Pampers charges are set on the basis that it has no such liability.
Therapists
- Therapists will act in a professional and respectable manner at all times. Therapists are self-sufficient, providing their own equipment for the treatments offered.
- Freelance Therapists are not employees of 1 Look Pamper. Each is self-employed.
- The Freelance Therapist is entitled to fully paid pre-scheduled breaks during the course of the engagement, these will be detailed on the booking schedule.
- Freelance therapists may refuse treatments to any client deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund.
- Freelance therapists are not responsible for any allergic reactions if consent has been given for the respective treatment or allergies were not declared.
- Freelance therapists have the right to charge for any delays caused by the host or guests, resulting in a delay of more than 30 Minutes from the agreed treatment schedule. The amount of £10.00 for every 30 Minute delay should be paid by cash or cheque directly to the therapist providing treatments.
The Client
- The Client may be asked to provide standard tables and chairs and water refreshments
- The Client will ensure that adequate room is provided as advised by 1 Look Pamper in order for the Freelance Therapist to perform the treatments requested and will ensure that the Freelance Therapist is made to feel welcome upon arrival.
- Freelance therapists require a smoke free environment to provide maximum benefits, and ensure that no products become contaminated.
- The Client will ensure that all guests have signed appropriate consent documentation prior to receiving treatments at the request of 1 Look Pamper
- The Client will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure that guests limit the intake of alcoholic beverages prior to receiving Treatments. The legal limit for driving is a suitable guideline.
- The Client will ensure that guests arrive in time for their pre-scheduled treatments. The Freelance Therapists will make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness but in such an event 1 Look Pamper will have no liability for any loss of treatment time.
- The Client will ensure that pets and small children will be kept away from all products and equipment to prevent accident or injury.
- The Client will pay a £30.00 Non-refundable deposit upon booking the Pamper Party, and the full balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the party date. Once the balance has been paid, this is also non-refundable.
- Changes made to the party schedule, treatments or address with less than 7 days notice will incur an admin fee of £10.00
- Changes made to the schedule, treatments or address with less than 48 hours notice may result in the termination of the party with no refund. 1 Look Pamper will try to accommodate changes with less than 48 hours notice, however the client will incur a fee of 10% of the balance payment for schedule, treatment and address changes or 20% of the balance payment for address changes more than 4 Miles from the original party location.
Fees
- All fees will be pre-paid to 1 Look Pamper before the pamper party unless prior alternative arrangements have been made with a representative of 1 Look Pamper
